1. Acceptance of Terms / Koşulların Kabulü

By accessing or using ContentMint at https://mint.indra.com.tr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

ContentMint (https://mint.indra.com.tr) platformunu kullanarak veya sosyal medya hesaplarınızı (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) platformumuza bağlayarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Description of Service / Hizmet Tanımı

ContentMint is a social media content creation, workspace organization, scheduling, publishing, and analytics platform. The Service enables authorized users to prepare carousels, images, and short-form videos, schedule or publish posts to connected social media accounts, and review account performance metrics.

3. Social Media Integrations (Meta / Instagram & TikTok)

• Authorization: When connecting an Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account, Facebook Page, or TikTok account, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized owner or administrator of that account.
• Compliance with Platform Policies: Your use of connected social networks through ContentMint is subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Instagram's Terms of Use & Community Guidelines, and TikTok's Terms of Service.
• User-Controlled Publishing: ContentMint only publishes or schedules content to your connected social accounts at your explicit direction. You remain solely responsible for all captions, images, carousels, and videos published through your workspaces.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use / Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

You agree not to use ContentMint to:

• Upload, schedule, or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or spam content.
• Violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party platform API rate limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces, accounts, or system infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property / Fikri Mülkiyet

You retain full ownership of all brand materials, images, videos, and captions you create or upload to ContentMint. By scheduling or publishing content through the Service, you grant ContentMint a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, process, render, and transmit that content to the social media platforms you select.

6. Account Termination & Data Deletion / Hesap İptali ve Veri Silme

You may disconnect your social accounts or terminate your ContentMint account at any time. Instructions for revoking OAuth permissions and requesting complete deletion of your data are available at https://mint.indra.com.tr/data-deletion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ContentMint is provided "as is" and "as available". Because social media publishing and insights rely on third-party APIs (Meta Graph API, Instagram API, TikTok API), we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platform endpoints. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentMint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
