User Data Deletion Instructions (Veri Silme Talimatları)

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and GDPR/KVKK requirements, you can remove your connected social accounts and delete all associated data on https://mint.indra.com.tr at any time.

Option 1: Disconnect & Delete Directly Inside ContentMint

  1. Sign in to your ContentMint account at https://mint.indra.com.tr/accounts.
  2. Select the connected Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account you wish to remove.
  3. Click Disconnect / Remove Account. This immediately deletes your encrypted OAuth access tokens, scheduled queue items, and cached insights from our database.

Option 2: Revoke Access via Instagram or Facebook Settings

  1. Open your Instagram app or website and go to Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or visit Facebook Business Integrations).
  2. Locate ContentMint under Active Apps and click Remove.

Option 3: Request Full Account & Data Deletion via Email

If you want your entire ContentMint user account, workspaces, uploaded media, and all social records permanently erased, send an email to info@indra.com.tr with the subject line Data Deletion Request from the email address associated with your account (or include your Instagram username). All data will be permanently purged within 24 hours.
